Payment Instructions We accept all credit card payments through PayPal. PayPal is a safe and secure way to pay online. We do not process directly with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. For wedding invitation orders, you may leave the credit card information blank as we will send you an e-mail when we receive your order. It is very important to include your e-mail address on all orders as we will be contacting you once order is placed. Shipping Policy Most items are generally processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment is received. Shipping within the U.S. will take approximately 2-5 business days. All merchandise is shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You will be notified via e-mail when your item has been shipped and a tracking number will be provided. Please notify us immediately, if you do not receive the package within the timeframe indicated. Wedding invitation orders are generally processed 5-7 business days after payment is received, assuming no changes with your invitation order. For orders that require proof, please add an additional 2-3 days. We currently ship to Canada, UK, France and Australia. For International shipping, please e-mail us to find out the shipping and handling costs. Your satisfaction is guaranteed! However, if for any reason you are not happy with the merchandise, you may return it for exchange or refund. Returns must be made within 7 business days in its original condition and packaging with tags intact and shipped via a similar packaging. Merchandise must be unused and in salable condition. Returns must be postmarked within the 7-day period (from the day you receive the merchandise) and before your wedding date. Please contact us prior to returning the item to obtain authorization. Shipping charges are not refundable. You are responsible for return shipping. Custom order items including invitations and veils are not returnable for exchange or refund. We carefully inspect all merchandise prior to shipping, however, if an item is found to be defective or damaged we will be happy to replace it with an identical item provided we are notified of the defect within 7 business days. We strongly urge you to inspect your item upon receipt as we will no longer be responsible for the defects found after the 7-day period. All earrings come in a clear bag that is sealed. However, for hygienic reasons returns maybe allowed only if the earrings remain sealed. Thank you.
